Why SparkyBuddy exists
SparkyBuddy was started by Shane Page, a Queensland electrician with over 30 years on the tools. He ran his own electrical business for more than ten years, then worked as a service manager and estimator for electrical contractors.
Over those years he paid for a different app for nearly everything: one for jobs and invoices, one for pre-builds, one for SWMS, one for cable sizing, one for plan takeoffs, one for solar. Each was another login and another bill, and none of them was built for how a sparky actually works. Getting paid on time was a constant battle.
So he built the app he wanted: quotes, jobs, invoices, certificates, pre-builds priced from your own wholesaler files, solar design and an assistant that knows the rules, all in one place and simple enough to use on site with one hand.
